The cannibalism has begun. Although Team 1 has amassed a nearly 30 mile lead on 2nd place, the conversations are beginning to turn to who rides how many laps, and when they change or stop.
Last years constant bartering resembled a Chinese meat market. This year, we call it "Race Strategy" Like we say at Bentley Systems (my company) "One Team-One Fight"
Here a pure shot though: No glory, just man vs. self, man vs. man, man vs. nature..whatever...It doesn't get much better than racing with your best friends in the beautiful Colorado foothills on a June day. God's Country!
